Death Defying

From: North London, United Kingdom
DeathlineRegular readers will recall that I've been extolling the virtues of North London gothic rockers Deathline since 2007 (Deathline) and they just get better and better. Ten of Clubs, the duo's next single due out in May 2012, sounds like the Raveonettes meeting the Suicide in the seventh circle of hell. It's dark, abrasive and more exciting than a guided tour round London in the company of Jack the Ripper and Sweeney Todd.

Ten of Clubs is the first single off the duo's second album due out later this year. Based on the demos on their soundcloud site it's going to be one hell of an album.
